Building Dignified, Independent Living Communities

At The Sage Solace Collective, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to begin again — free from judgment and surrounded by compassion. Our mission is to provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment where individuals can rebuild their lives with dignity and hope. We understand that the past doesn’t define who you are, but the courage to move forward does. Our independent living facilities offer more than just housing; they are spaces of peace, accountability, and community — designed to nurture growth, stability, and self-worth. Here, every new day is an invitation to heal, to rise, and to reclaim your story.

Who We Serve

At The Sage Solace Collective, we proudly open our doors to those seeking stability, purpose, and renewal. Our community welcomes elderly adults in need of secure, compassionate housing; veterans who have honorably served and now deserve peace and support; and working individuals striving to regain balance and independence. Each resident is met with respect, structure, and understanding — because we believe that everyone, regardless of circumstance, deserves a place to call home and a fresh start toward a brighter future.

Who is eligible to live at your facility?

We serve adults seeking a safe and supportive independent living environment, including seniors, veterans, working individuals, unhoused adults, and SSI/SSDI income recipients. Each applicant is reviewed to ensure our community is the right fit for their needs and goals.

What services are included in independent living?

Our independent living program offers safe housing, structured guidelines, and a supportive community environment. While residents maintain their independence, we provide resources, referrals, and encouragement to help them thrive.

Do you accept SSI or SSDI income?

Yes. We welcome residents who receive SSI or SSDI income and work to keep housing accessible and affordable while maintaining a respectful and stable living environment.

Is your facility a medical or assisted living center?

No. We are an independent living facility, not a medical or assisted living provider. Residents are expected to manage their own daily activities while benefiting from a structured, supportive, and community-focused setting.
